• Returned goods are subject to a 25% Restocking Charge*
• NO Returns on Special Orders
• No Returns on Hose Assemblies
• All Returns must be made with 30 days of receipt
• No Returns without a receipt
• Used or installed parts will not be accepted - No exceptions
• Purchases made with a check are subject to a 10 day hold
• Credit Card purchases will be refunded to the card used
• Claims/Discrepancies must be reported within 30 days.

• Any repair work that the customer wants RUSHED - must be stated at the time of drop off.
• There will be an additional $50.00 charge added to ALL RUSH repairs*

• We do not crimp hose ends on hose that we do not carry.
• There is a $7.50 crimp charge to crimp ends on hoses not purchased at the time*
• We DO NOT Warranty any used hose with new crimped ends.

• No completed repair work to be held by HSI over 30 days*
• A service charge will be assessed of $20 per day will added to the bill*

• A Tax Exempt form must on file to receive Tax-Exempt status.
• Forms are available
• Business or Farm Name should be listed on the form.

• There will be a $40.00 service charge on all returned checks*.

HSI is not responsible for loss or damage caused by fire, theft, testing or any other causes beyond our control.  HSI's responsibility in respect to product defects, failures is limited in all cases to the repair and/or replacement of the subject goods in question at HSI's discretion.  Under no circumstances shall HSI be held liable for any consequential - either direct or indirect damages, nor for any claims for labor, repair and/or other expenses related to the removal, repair and/or replacement of said goods in question at the customer's location without prior approval of HSI.  In no event shall HSI's liability exceed the price of goods which give rise to the claim.
